36 - Emergency call - Enquiring about a problem

In the following clip, a surgery receptionist receives an emergency phone call from a young man and wants to pass it over to a doctor.

The receptionist briefly describes the information she received from the young man, and the clip ends with her passing the call to the doctor.

Note how important it is for the doctor to find out as much as she can before she actually takes the call. The receptionist is fully prepared and had the patient's notes in front of her.
